The Fore for Four free Swing Diagnosis offer is limited to one per person. To redeem, go to HoyoGolf.com to input the unique code found inside specially-marked Excalibur packages. Completion of the GolfTEC player profile is required, and after code verification a GolfTEC Coach will contact you to schedule the 30-Minute Swing Diagnosis. Appointments are available starting August 29, 2009 through October 31, 2009. Your appointment is subject to Improvement Center hours and Coach availability. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, this offer shall be voided. This promotion has no cash equivalent value and is non-transferrable.
